PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT
for the listing of a wedding venue

This Agreement is a public offer made by Private Entrepreneur Oleksandra Skuba (the “Provider”) to any legal entity or individual (the “User”) to enter into an agreement to provide information placement services on the website weddingvenuesdirectory.com.

1. Subject of Agreement

The Provider offers the User a self-service one-year listing service for a wedding venue on weddingvenuesdirectory.com after successful payment.

2. Service Provision

2.1 The User submits an order via form and makes online payment.
2.2 After payment, the User receives confirmation and, if needed, login access.
2.3 Listing goes live within 24h after all data is received.

3. Price and Payment

3.1 Package price is ₴50 (UAH2500) per year.
3.2 Payment is made via secure payment systems (Fondy/LiqPay/etc.)
3.3 Service is considered delivered once listing is published.

4. Rights and Obligations

User agrees to:

• provide accurate and lawful information

• avoid prohibited content

Provider has the right to:

• refuse publication in case of violations (without refund)

• modify site layout/design without notice

5. Liability

The Provider is not responsible for the accuracy of the User’s data or any third-party consequences of listing.

6. Refund Policy

Listings are non-refundable after publication. For technical issues, contact support within 7 days.
